The Effects of 528 Hz Sound Wave to Reduce Cell Death in Human Astrocyte Primary Cell Culture Treated with Ethanol

528 Hz which known as the ‘Miracle’ tone, is a sound wave that can cause significant and extraordinary changes in biological functions. It has been documented that frequency of 528 Hz activated DNA repair. At 528 Hz frequency the water molecules surround around DNA and support its six-sided hexagon DNA structure. According to these important effects of 528 Hz frequency, we suggested that this sound wave will have a key role in the function of the central nervous system (CNS). In this research the complex effects of two agents such as ethanol along with 528 Hz sound wave was studied and results of human astrocyte cell culture exposed with ethanol and 528 Hz sound wave showed that the ethanol damages reduced by the sound wave and therefore it can be useful for alcohol addicted peoples.

Frequency of 528 Hz also reduces total concentration of reactive oxidative species in brain tissue. Prolonged exposure to this sound wave showed reduction of anxiety related behaviors in rats. The results reveal that reduced anxiety is related to increased concentration of testosterone in brain.

Music Tuned to 440 Hz Versus 432 Hz and the Health Effects: A Double-blind Cross-over Pilot Study

432 Hz Mathematical Relation to the Earth Frequency

NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) shows us in real time that the terrestrial frequency is about 8 Hz (“Schumann resonance”). This would therefore be in mathematical relation with 432 Hz, since 8 Hz is a submultiple of 432 Hz for the ratio between frequency and octave music.

In fact, it can be calculated starting from the octave of the A4 = 432 Hz in which the C4 (DO3) corresponds to 256 Hz. The following is the mathematical relation: 256/2 = 128 Hz (C3); 128/2 = 64 Hz (C2); 64/2 = 32 Hz (C1); 32/2 = 16 Hz (C0); 16/2 = 8 Hz (C-1).4 This same mathematical relationship does not exist in 440 Hz because the C4 (DO3) corresponds to 261.63 Hz.

the Effects of Audible Sound on The Molecular Structure of water

The temperature measurements also support this explanation, as the temperature of all the samples was shown to decrease after sound perturbation. However, if the effects of sounds of different frequencies are considered separately, which was shown to be the most correct, the effect of sound with 432 Hz frequency promotes crystallization, and the effects are much stronger compared to the effects of 440 Hz sound, which are actually opposite and could be said to enhance evaporation and solubilization.

432 Hz versus music tuned to 440 hz for improving sleep in patients with spinal injures

Results: The participants were eight males (mean age =58.12, SD ±13.62), and four females (mean age =56.25, SD ±14.17). Five were quadriplegics and seven were paraplegics. Listening times and wash-out periods were variable. The stress decreased, but not significantly, with listening to music at both frequencies. After listening to music at 432 Hz there was a significant improvement in sleep scores (+3.6, p=0.02), while there was no improvement in sleep scores listening to music at 440 Hz (-1.50, p=0.34).

music tuned to 440 Hz versus 432 Hz to reduce anxiety and stress in emergency nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic

Healthcare providers were divided into three groups according to study intervention (Group 1: listening to 440Hz music; Group 2: listening to 432Hz music; Group 3: liberal activity).

In Group 2, a reduction of mean values of respiratory rate and systolic blood pressure was recorded at T1 (-2.714 b/min, p=0.000 and -3.821 mmHg, p=0.031, respectively).

Conclusions: Listening to music at 432 Hz is a low cost and short intervention that can be a useful resource to manage anxiety and stress.

The infrared frequencies of DNA bases: science and art

It is interesting to observe that most of the gongs, bells and drums of the non-Western world are tuned to this keynote, suggesting further that perhaps we, as a planet (not to mention as a body), may be trying to collectively tune to something. One theory involves a recently discovered pulsar called Vela X (PSR 0833) which collapsed into its pulsar state about 11,000 years ago. It is beaming radio waves towards earth with a period frequency of 11.24Hz, or an F# equivalent (2. Encyclopedia of Science & Technology). Its fifth, or C#, turns out to be a frequency of 16.86 or 539.52…..exceedingly close to our DNA 544. The emissions, scientists think, come from a combination of spin and strong magnetic fields. No one knows for sure if these emissions and their periodicities, which are regular, have an effect upon our energy fields.

Low frequency music slows heart rate and decreases sympathetic activity

The main finding of our study is that low frequency music at 432 Hz was associated with a decrease in heart rate while no such effect was observed with higher frequency music at 440 Hz, suggesting that modern music tuning frequency have lesser benefit on cardiovascular functioning when compared to the older music turning frequency. This finding confirms previous work from Kreutz, et al.,[41] who consistently demonstrated the benefits of music.

Effect of music of specific frequency upon the sleep architecture

Conclusion: Music, especially the 432 Hz frequency has shown some promising effect over the electroencephalographic activities of brain during a daytime nap. The decrease in latency, although not statistically significant and statistically significant increase in energy of alpha frequency indicates that 432 music Hz frequency music has some significant relaxing effect on the sleeping brain and equivocal effect upon the sleep latency, especially among the individuals with delayed sleep latency.

Sounds Stimulation on In Vitro HL1 Cells: A Pilot Study and a Theoretical Physical Model

Mechanical vibrations seem to affect the behaviour of different cell types and the functions of different organs. Pressure waves, including acoustic waves (sounds), could affect cytoskeletal molecules via coherent changes in their spatial organization and mechano-transduction signalling.

In this work, also by resorting to results reported in, we discussed the effects on cells and their components that are induced by different sounds, pressure waves, and mechanical vibrations, also generically referred to as sounds. We reported observations of the effects induced by mechanical vibrations on different cell types, also affecting the functions of different organs.

Advances in Effects of Sound Waves on Plants

Moreover, sound waves could increase the content of RNA and the level of transcription. Stress-induced genes could switch on under sound stimulation. Sound waves at 0.1–1 kHz and SPL of (70±5) dB for 3 h from plant acoustic frequency technology (PAFT) generator within a distance ranged from 30 to 60 m every other day significantly increased the yield of sweet pepper, cucumber and tomato by 30.05, 37.1 and 13.2%, respectively. Furthermore, the yield of lettuce, spinach, cotton, rice, and wheat were increased by 19.6, 22.7, 11.4, 5.7, and 17.0%, respectively. Sound waves may also strengthen plant immune systems. It has been proved that spider mite, aphids, gray mold, late blight and virus disease of tomatoes in the greenhouses decreased by 6.0, 8.0, 9.0, 11.0, and 8.0%, respectively, and the sheath blight of rice was reduced by 50%.

Low-frequency vibration treatment of bone marrow stromal cells induces bone repair in vivo

This study demonstrates that low-frequency vibrations, most ideally at 50 Hz, promote the differentiation of bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) into osteoblasts, and in turn, promote efficient bone healing after injury. Several phenotypes were observed following treatment at 50 Hz, including faster absorption of callus hematoma, higher proliferation activity of osteoblasts, a more orderly distribution and prevalence of collagen fibers, and a substantially higher amount of callus. On a cellular level, we observed the upregulation of genes specifically associated with BMSC differentiation following treatment at 50 Hz. In summary, 50 Hz is the optimal frequency to stimulate BMSCs for bone injury repair in vivo.

Effect of 528 Hz Music on the Endocrine System and Autonomic Nervous System

The results showed that after listening to 528 Hz music, tension, anxiety and total mood disturbance scores decreased significantly. After listening to 440 Hz music, almost all scores showed a tendency to change in a similar way as in the condition with 528 Hz music; however, not only was there no significant difference in any of the scores, but anger-hostility slightly increased and friendliness decreased. On the basis of these results, it can be concluded that participants also felt subjectively relaxed after listening to 528 Hz music.

Therefore, it might be the case that listening to 440 Hz music for longer would evoke the stress-reducing effect, especially as indexed by chromogranin A and the POMS 2, as in previous studies. However, the point remains that even if the exposure to music lasts only five minutes, listening to 528 Hz music reduces stress on the endocrine system and the autonomic nervous system.

An initial evaluation of a proof-of-concept 128-Hz electronic tuning fork in the detection of peripheral neuropathy

Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) is an essential precursor leading to diabetic limb loss. Neurologic screening tests, including the 128-Hz tuning fork (TF), have long been used to identify and track the progression of DPN, thereby guiding the implementation of preventive strategies. Although a sensitive indicator of neuropathy, shortcomings of TF testing include the lack of standardization and quantification of clinical findings. In an attempt to overcome these limitations, a novel 128-Hz electronic TF (ETF) prototype has been developed that is capable of performing accurate timed vibration tests (TVTs). This study was designed to assess the ability of the ETF to detect sensory impairment compared with three established neurologic screening methods: the Semmes-Weinstein monofilament test, the biothesiometer, and the sharp/dull discrimination test.

Conclusion

Performance of TVTs with the ETF detected sensory impairment.

Electrodynamics and 528 Frequency Resonance in Water Science Helps Solve the Mystery in Homeopathy

Physical-chemical phenomena from genetic functions to intercellular communications have been found to rely on water structuring. Homeopathic researchers now advance related theories including quantum electrodynamics to solve the mystery of this profession's efficacy. Sceptics, however, continue to plague this healing profession. This article examines a generally overlooked foundational feature of water, its structuring and frequency electrodynamics that best explains the mysterious efficacy of homeopathy as well as why reproducibility in experimental outcomes are often unreliable. The ‘key’ that unlocks doors of understanding and demystifying this matter is the frequency central to giving life, sustaining health and rejuvenating nature—the oxygenating energy of 528-nm greenish-yellow light and its sonoluminescent predecessor-in-interest, 528-Hz frequency of sound. Quoting Hermes Trismegistus, ‘As above, so below, as within, so without, as the universe, so the soul…’. This article considers the consciousness and intentionality of homeopaths versus sceptics. This author proposes that the foundation of homeopathy and the solution to its mystery may be the ‘MI’ frequency of the original Solfeggio musical scale reputed to produce miracles, that is, 528 Hz.

Antidote to Vaccine Injuries: “Green Bioelectronics” Generating Antioxidants Broadcasting 528 Frequency Resonance: Homeo/ Alchemically-Prepared “Structured Water” Vibrating OxySilver Nutraceuticals

This low-cost, risk-free technology is based on natural electromagnetic and bio-acoustic impacts and sound and light frequency dynamics and genetic cymatics out-dating risky vaccines that undermine neurobiology, general immunity, and hastened recovery from infectious diseases, including “COVID”. This ‘antidote’ is identified as a 528 frequency-resonating covalently bonded nano-silver structured water hydrosol (i.e., OxySilverTM with 528”). When combined with humic acid, zeolite, silicon, and anti-oxidant vitamins, this remedy and “antidote” may be relied upon for immune enhancement, disease prevention, and health recovery.
